Founded Botham Capital in partnership with Botham Accounting in 2023.
Nearly 20 years of experience including roles at NatWest Group and Santander Corporate and Commercial, with roles across Corporate Client Coverage and Healthcare Finance, followed by independent advisory work as a specialist broker and debt advisor.
Wes is a specialist in healthcare finance, property finance, strategic debt advisory for founder-led businesses. His core expertise is in raising financing packages between £1m to £50m and supporting buy-and-build strategies for fast-growth SMEs.
Wes is a qualified banker and Associate of the London Institute of Banking and Finance.
Raphael Reith
Associate Director
Career spanning almost 20 years across senior roles in Corporate Client Coverage and Digital Transformation at NatWest Group and Santander Corporate & Commercial, advising on strategic debt and complex financing solutions.
Raphael is a specialist in supporting business owners and high-net-worth individuals through integrated corporate and private banking strategies, with expertise in precision engineering, manufacturing, and property-backed businesses, helping founder-led firms execute buy-and-build strategies and scaling sustainably.
Raphael is a Chartered Banker, Associate of the London Institute of Banking and Finance, and holds qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute
Lanella Tolmie
Transaction Manager
An experienced professional with a strong background in managing complex caseloads and leading teams within a specialist case management environment. Progressed from case handler to team leader, overseeing performance, delivering training, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
Lanella combines expertise in negotiation, compliance, and structured problem-solving with a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Skilled in stakeholder management and streamlining processes—experience that translates seamlessly into supporting clients with tailored financial solutions.
Lanella is currently reading Law (Law LLB (Hons)) to further strengthen her analytical and advisory capabilities.

An aspiring finance professional currently completing an ACCA Finance Analyst Apprenticeship, with a strong interest in commercial finance and advisory. Nasceil brings experience from fast-paced, customer-focused environments, developing adaptability, problem-solving skills, and clear communication.
Nasceil is focused on building his expertise in financial analysis and structuring solutions for SMEs and founder-led businesses, and works closely with Lanella to deliver transactional support to the wider team.
